What Are Office Hours?
The Finance Shared Service Center (SSC) hosts monthly virtual office hours for KU faculty, staff, and students. These drop-in sessions are a great opportunity to get real-time support from SSC Finance Managers.
What to Expect
Join a Microsoft Teams call and be directed to breakout rooms for personalized assistance. Whether you need help with a quick task or have detailed questions, we’re ready to support you.
Common Topics We Cover
- Making a purchase
- Requesting travel or non-travel reimbursements
- Submitting P-Card receipts
- Navigating the Finance Service Portal and submitting tickets
