Michelle Ginavan-Hayes

Michelle Ginavan Hayes began her career at the University of Kansas in 1998. For 15 years, Michelle worked in central research administration at the KU Center for Research, working to support the research mission of the University. Michelle then moved to the College & Professional Schools Shared Service Center to serve as the Research Manager. Michelle now serves as Director of the Eaton Hall Shared Service Center.

As Director, Michelle applies all of her experience and knowledge to directly support the needs of research centers, departments and other units housed within the Eaton SSC. Michelle helps cultivate an environment of customer service and professional development with her staff and the units they serve. Michelle also serves as a member of the Eaton Hall SSC Advisory Board, and works to provide support and oversight, as well as working to establish best practices and process improvement and maintain a positive culture to support the research, teaching, and service endeavors at the University of Kansas.
