Michaela Jaye Cantrell

Michaela Jaye has been an Accounting Specialist supporting the School of Business since Spring 2022 and recently moved into a Peer Trainer role in Summer 2025. As a KU alumna and current MBA student, she uses her Jayhawk experience to support her fellow teammates with her training focus on Concur and One Solution.

Interests: In her free time, she enjoys listening to audiobooks, chitchatting, crafting, going to concerts & sporting events, eating every taco she comes across, playing soccer, kickball, & an occasional round of disc golf.

• Favorite snack: All of them! Give me all the snacks!
• Go-to drink order: Dr Pepper or Sonic's Cherry Limeade
• Dream vacation destination: A warm sunny beach with crystal clear water, plenty of colorful fish to watch, exotic seashells to scour and delicious, fresh snacks.
• Time machine preference: To see the Aztec aqueducts, floating gardens, and irrigation systems
• Favorite time of year: Springtime
