Biography —

Caitlin Day Wedel has been employed at the University of Kansas since 2011. As Finance Director, Caitlin brings to our team experience in business management, accounting, financial aid, post award services, and human resources. Her academic background is a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Master of Science in Management. Additionally, in 2023 she completed her Public Manager Certification through the University of Kansas Public Management Center. Caitlin believes in using collaboration and partnerships to promote excellent finance service delivery to her campus colleagues. Additionally, she is passionate about creating a positive culture in which team members strive to grow personally and professionally each day.
