Biography —

Alina has been with the University of Kansas since March 2020. She began her career in Human Resources, where she quickly discovered her passion for training. In 2023, she transitioned into the role of Training Coordinator. A proud KU alum, Alina earned her degree in Applied Behavior Science, specializing in Organizational Behavior Management.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling with her husband, and spending time with her dog.
