Alina Edmondson

Alina has been with the University of Kansas since March 2020. She began her career in Human Resources, where she quickly discovered her passion for training, and in 2023 transitioned into the role of Training Coordinator. A proud KU alum, she holds a degree in Applied Behavior Science with a specialization in Organizational Behavior Management.

In her current role, Alina leads the hiring, onboarding, and training of new staff, delivering both individualized, one-on-one instruction as well as group training sessions. She also develops professional development programming and provides mentorship to support ongoing staff success. Alina is passionate about fostering employee growth, streamlining processes, and cultivating a collaborative workplace culture centered on support, continuous learning, and excellence.
